The vacation apartment is located in 'Harlaching', one of the most beautiful districts of Munich. The bright 58 sqm (624sqft) 2-room flat is in a quiet side road and has recently (August 2012) been renovated, fully furnished and equipped with new and modern furniture. The apartment is on the third floor (no lift), and thus on the top floor with a beautiful few over the courtyard garden. The large balcony (15sqm or 160sqft) as well as the large windows are facing southwest.
The kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The apartment has 1 bedroom (with a queen size bed 160cm x 200cm). The living room has a comfortable couch/sofa bed, (double bed, 140cm x 200cm). Up to six people could dine on extendable dining table in the dining area. The bathroom has a full bath with shower screen. The kitchen is fully equipped. WLAN/Internet and telephone (free incoming calls and calls to German landlines) are available!
The subway station is convenient 150m (160yards) away and it takes only a 10 minutes ride to the central station.
